My TOS

- My TOS can change at anytime so please do check back every time you commission me. A warning via my twitter will be given if updates to TOS are added.
- I WILL NOT TAKE CYPTOCURRENCY EVER! DO NOT ASK! YOU WILL BE BLOCKED IF YOU TRY TO SEND IT TO ME INSTEAD OF REAL PAYMENT
- You can not use my art/designs/pieces you obtain from me as NFTs.
- You can not add my work to any form of A.I generators or the likes.
- You must be 18+ to order art from me. Any minors who try will be blocked.
- I retain rights to my artwork. As the buyer you may repost and print the work freely. You must give credit to me, you may not claim the work as your own, and you must ask permission to make edits.
- I have the right to decline your commission for whatever reason.
- I won't give out refunds once work is started.
- I will not send wips anymore.
- Please be super patient with me, art pieces can take a few months or more to complete.
- Please do not rush me, it can make me panic which means I will not do it till I'm relaxed again.
- When buying designs from me, you must give credit to me as the designer. My other rules in my T.O.S apply to the original art piece I made as well.
- Once you have bought the design it is yours. You may do as you like with the design as long as it is not editing my art without permission.
- You also may resell/trade/gift the design away if you please. It does not matter to me what you sell/trade it for, it is your design.
- You do not need my permission for cropping the image, using it as an icon, or adding a background/putting it on a ref sheet. just make sure to give credit.
- Message me with the word pumpkin to prove you have read the tos
- Edits can be made if a marking or color is wrong/missing even after art is finished.
- I will not use traditional art, 3D models, game models or descriptions for art. You must have a clear reference sheet or flat colored fullbody images for me to work off of.
- Once you send me info about your commission you must tell me that you agree to my TOS before paying.
